We currently do not facilitate exchanges for returns. Instead, we issue a refund to the original payment method, and you can place a new order for the desired item.

This method allows you to quickly purchase the correct size and receive it faster, as it avoids the wait for the return to arrive at our office before processing an exchange.

It also minimizes the chance of errors, since exchanges involve manual handling.

Please note:

• We refund only the cost of the item, excluding shipping fees.
• Allow up to 21 business days for SUPAWEAR (operating under The Lifestyle Co PTY LTD) to receive your return.
• Returns are accepted if the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, including packaging and tags.
