Thread Unraveling & Product Care Policy

1. Care-Related Wear

Threads unraveling or breaking after the product has been worn is considered a result of general wear and care handling. This type of damage is not classified as a product defect.

2. Defective Condition Upon Arrival

If the product arrives with unraveling threads, tearing, or similar issues straight out of the packaging, this will be recognized as a manufacturing defect.


Claims & Validity Period:

Customers may submit a claim for defective items within 45 days (up to 2 months) from the date of purchase.


Resolution Options:

For approved defect claims, customers will receive a full store credit to use on future purchases.

If a refund is preferred, customers will be required to provide proof of destruction of the item before the refund can be issued.


Replacement items will not be shipped for overseas/ international orders. Store credit or refund options will apply.
