SUPAWEAR (operating under The Lifestyle Co PTY LTD) must be informed of any cancellation requests before dispatch. Please email us at [email protected].

If your cancellation request is made after the product has already been processed, SUPAWEAR reserves the right to retain the payment until the items are returned unworn and in their original condition.

We recommend rejecting the parcel or not picking it up, so it can be returned to us at no cost to you.

Refunds will only be issued once the products are returned, minus delivery charges. It is the buyer's responsibility to notify SUPAWEAR of any cancellations before processing.
