If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 45 days of delivery for store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
Return eligibility
All returned items must be:
- New, unused and unworn.
- In their original packaging, with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn swimwear or underwear.
Refunds and store credit cover the returned items only. Original delivery charges are excluded.
Free returns with Checkout+
Free returns are available for both Australian and international orders when Checkout+ is purchased with your order, subject to our return eligibility requirements.
If you did not purchase Checkout+, you can still request an eligible return, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
How to return your items
- Start your return: Visit our returns portal and follow the prompts to find your order.
- Select your items: Choose the items you wish to return and provide a return reason.
- Choose your preference: Select store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
- Follow the shipping instructions: The portal will guide you through the available return shipping options, including a prepaid return label for eligible returns covered by Checkout+.
- Send your items back: Securely package your items and retain your shipping receipt and tracking details until your return is complete.
Refunds and store credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your approved refund or store credit according to your selected preference.
For refunds to your original payment method, please allow up to 7 days after processing for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
International return delivery times may vary depending on the shipping service and customs processing.
