If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept a return for a refund within 45 days of delivery. Please note that refunds are only made on the returned item excluding delivery.

  • All returned merchandise must be in new, unused, unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached. By law and hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns of worn swimwear and underwear.
  • Refunds will be processed in their original form of payment or through store credit depending on your refund preference. 
  • Australian customers are supplied with a Returns Label upon approval. Liability of the order is also given to the returner during the return process. SUPAWEAR (operating under The Lifestyle Co PTY LTD) holds no responsibility if an item is lost during transit.
  • For international customers, all cost of returns is the customer's responsibility.

We do not provide Returns Labels for orders outside of Australia.


Please allow up to 7 days for your credit card company to process your credit. We are not responsible for any open balances, overdraft fees, services charges, or interest charges resulting from the timing of charges and/or credits to your account. 


Will I receive a return label for my purchase if I live outside of Australia?

Unfortunately, return labels are not provided for customers outside of Australia.


Why aren't return labels provided for customers outside of Australia?

Providing return labels for international customers can be expensive and complicated due to differing customs and shipping regulations. Therefore, we are currently unable to offer return labels for customers outside of Australia. 


What should I do if I need to return my purchase from outside of Australia?

Will I be responsible for shipping costs if I need to return my purchase from outside of Australia?

Yes, customers outside of Australia are responsible for the shipping costs when returning their purchases. 


How long does it take to process a return for customers outside of Australia?

Processing times for returns from outside Australia can vary based on the shipping method and customs regulations in your country. However, we will make every effort to process your refund promptly once we receive your return.
