HOW CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
Australian customers are supplied with a Returns Label upon approval. For international customers, all cost of returns is the customer's responsibility.

We currently do not facilitate exchanges for returns. Instead, we issue a refund to the original payment method, and you can place a new order for the desired item.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept a return for a refund within 45 days of delivery. Please note that refunds are only made on the returned item excluding delivery.
Refunds will be processed only after the goods have been returned and received by us.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for products purchased from other retailers. We recommend checking the retailer's exchange and return policy and reaching out to them for further assistance.
