WHAT IS YOUR REFUND PROCESS?Updated 5 months ago
SUPAWEAR (operating under The Lifestyle Co) is happy to issue a refund for your order if you're unsatisfied with your product, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Please keep in mind:
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear.
- All refunds exclude shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed only after the goods have been returned and received by us.
- You can choose to receive the refund to your original payment method or as store credit if you have an account with us.
- If your payment method has been cancelled or disabled before the refund is processed, we will issue credit to your SUPAWEAR account only.

Make sure to fill out the return form or at least include your order number and the items you are returning. Failure to do so may delay processing your refund until you contact us.
Please note:
- It typically takes 3-5 business days for debit/credit card and PayPal transactions to complete.
- We are not responsible for any parcels that are rejected upon delivery.
- Refunds will only be issued for successfully returned orders. Rejected orders cannot be tracked and may take a long time to return. Since returns are consolidated and sent back as non-priority, they may take longer to reach DHL’s Sydney Distribution Centre.
- Similarly, orders that are not delivered successfully will be processed for return by your local post and sent back to them, not directly to us, which may also take considerable time.
- According to DHL, some undelivered parcels may not be returnable to Australia and could be discarded.
Important reminder:
If your parcel is rejected upon delivery due to additional payments or if you did not receive a notification from the courier resulting in unsuccessful delivery, we need to receive and verify the returned parcel before processing any refund.
